Monthly Meeting: Ask a Physiotherapist

Our September meeting features guest speaker Jordan Lee, registered physiotherapist, who specializes in movement disorders. Jordan will talk about exercises you can do safely at home to help with balance, stiffness, and freezing, followed by an open question-and-answer session.
