About Us
We are a volunteer-run network of local support groups for people living with Parkinson’s disease, their families, and their care partners.
What we do
- Support groups: regular, welcoming meetings where you can talk with people who truly understand
- Events: exercise programs, guest speakers, social gatherings, and awareness activities
- Information: plain-language resources about living well with Parkinson’s
Our story
Our network began when a handful of neighbours living with Parkinson’s started meeting for coffee. It has grown into several active groups across the region, run entirely by volunteers, many of whom live with Parkinson’s themselves.
There is no membership fee. Everything we do is free to attend, funded by donations and community grants.
You are not alone in this. Whatever stage you’re at, there’s a chair waiting for you.
Get involved
Come to a meeting, volunteer at an event, or make a donation to keep programs free for everyone.
